Can't Create a New Report

Using Version R19.44, Build 27.1.19.44. When I click Reports/My Saved Reports & Graphs/New, NOTHING HAPPENS. Never had this problem before.

    I don't see a "New" menu option in Reports > My Saved Reports & Graphs, and in general you create a new saved report by customizing and saving an existing saved report or one of the built-in ones.

    Is your experience different?

    Are you perhaps running the Stater Edition, which has limited reports?
