What's new in R19.50 ?

I asked this question in Support. The support staff did not know the answer. My program updated this morning to R19.50 and no one seems to know anything about it. This is, IMO, poor policy

Hello @johnodrake,
We're in the process of posting the release notes for this new release, but this is a release to potentially resolve the issue of users seeing a blank "success" screen. If you didn't experience this issue, you likely won't see a difference with this release.
Also, when the release installs, you should see the release notes in-product--did you see the notes, or did they not appear? We'll want to correct that issue, if that's the case--
