Sorry you first need to convert Mac Quicken to Windows Quicken.
QuickBooks can only convert Quicken for Windows files. If you are a Quicken for Mac user, you will need to convert to a Quicken for Windows file before converting to QuickBooks.https://www.quicken.com/support/convert-quicken-windows-data-quickbooks-data

Know that your investment data in Quicken Mac may either not convert or not convert completely accurately. (This hadn't worked at all for many years, but there have been some recent reports that it works to some extent, but will require manual clean-up.) This may not be important, as my recollection is that QuickBooks doesn't really support investment accounts, anyway. (There are workarounds you can do with asset accounts and manual entries for your investments.)
In short, before doing your accountant's bidding because it's easier for him/her to work with QuickBooks, make sure it's the right tool for your personal finances.Quicken Mac Subscription • Quicken user since 19930
