How to get categories to show in Mobile

Quicken mobile was working fine. Now it won't show/let me select categories for transactions on Quicken Mobile. How do I fix this?

    I am having the same issue. It began with the last update which corrupted my cloud data file and I had to disable then re-enable my Qucken Cloud Service. The mobile app version is 5.13.0 (13070)
