How to get categories to show in Mobile

Quicken mobile was working fine. Now it won't show/let me select categories for transactions on Quicken Mobile. How do I fix this?

If you haven't already, please visit https://www.quicken.com/support/troubleshooting-quicken-mobile-companion-app and let us know if the steps listed help to resolve this issue.
If you are still unable to select categories when entering transactions in the Mobile App after following the listed steps, please post back and let us know what version and release of the Quicken desktop software you are using.
Please also let us know if you are using the Mobile App for Android or iOS and what release version the App is and operating system for the device where the App is installed.

I am having the same issue. It began with the last update which corrupted my cloud data file and I had to disable then re-enable my Qucken Cloud Service. The mobile app version is 5.13.0 (13070)0
