Quotes and share balance are not showing

Question

I have quicken 2017 premier v19.1.  The columns for quotes/share and share balance for all investements are blank.

Where are the quotes and share balances not showing? In the Investing > Portfolio views? In the Holdings view for an account where you hold the securities? Someplace else?

And to be specific, are you talking about the "Quote/Price" and "Shares" columns?

Is there any chance that placeholders have been created in Quicken?  If you aren't sure, please review the information available at https://community.quicken.com/discussion/7267839/quicken-faq-managing-placeholder-entries-in-quicken-for-windows & at https://community.quicken.com/discussion/7190594/faq-placeholders-deciphered-if-you-are-frustrated-with-placeholders-read-this and let us know if this helps to restore the quotes/share and share balance values.
