I use quicken to give me a accounting of where my stocks are at any point an time.
The volume information is being displayed on the Investing tab but there is no report format that allows the volume information to be shown or exported to other documents.
The volume information is important to me.
Why is the stock volume information not being shown in reports?

I suggest you view the volume information on a Portfolio view (press Ctrl + U) and use print (press Ctrl + P) to export the volume information to a spreadsheet (choose Export to: and select tab-delimited (Excel compatible) disk file). Volume is provided by default on the Quotes view and Volume and Average Volume may be added to a customized view.1
