I can not open my new online download, I use this for work and home, it is imperative that I get it up and running.

I believe it is because the download is for Windows 10, could that be it?

You still have not explained which download you are referring to.

There is the download of the installation program; there is the download of the program release updates; there is the download of transactions from the financial institution to be imported.

I suggest that you contact Quicken Support and maybe they can get enough information from you to solve your issue.
