How can I get around this error message?

Okay, in your account setup, which of the (many) Capital One choices did you use? I'm not downloading from Capital One, but I believe I've read that using either "Capital One Bank - New" or "Capital One Card - Current" has solved connectivity problems for most people. You should deactivate the affected account and reactivate, selecting Quicken Connect as the connection method. (Info on deactivating can be found here.)
