Removing strange characters

Does any know how to remove these characters in my All Payees list in my mobile app.
Does any one know why they are there.

Hello bertmiami. Appreciate your question.
It could have been an issue when the data was last synched with Quicken. Do you have any special characters in your Payees list in Quicken? Which version of Quicken are you using? Is it for Windows or Mac?

I am using Quicken Premium for Windows.
I checked my Payees List but there are no funny characters anywhere.
I had some difficulties syncing the file to the cloud and I phone.
Error msg was: The Account "AA Mastercard" was not synced. No permission to access entity.
The community suggested I deleted my cloud file by creating a new file and then create my old file again.
It worked perfectly for 1 day and then I go the same error message again: The Account "AA Mastercard" was not synced. No permission to access entity.
Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.
