Why are some transactions entered in Quicken Mobile disappearing?

Some transactions entered in quicken mobile disappeared, but when I went to reenter them on my desk top the new payee and amount of the lost transaction show up as a previously entered transaction along with the category I had assigned on while entering in mobile quicken.

It looks like, according to your comment, that the data did come over although the data disappeared from the Mobile App.. I would try to reset your Quicken Cloud data and it should show up in the mobile app:
