How correct "...Account not authorized for this request [OL-306-A]..."

I tried to add a new brokerage account but nothing was downloaded.

    I'm sorry to hear of your troubles with adding a new brokerage account. What version/release of Quicken are you using, and what is the name of the Financial Institution you are connecting to?
