How correct "...Account not authorized for this request [OL-306-A]..."

I tried to add a new brokerage account but nothing was downloaded.

    Hello fraziergeo,

    I'm sorry to hear of your troubles with adding a new brokerage account. What version/release of Quicken are you using, and what is the name of the Financial Institution you are connecting to? Have you been able to follow the steps in the above-mentioned article? Please let us know if the problem still persists or if you need further assistance.
