Want a report that does not show the splits on item but the total

I am trying to get a report that would like like the basic input screen with the total amount for the item but with the splits ipresent on some item.

I have click the show split button in the advance screen when customizing a report and it does not work

It is not clear what you mean by "with the splits present on some item." Your title indicates you do not want the splits to show. 

Also you have not said what version of Quicken you are running.

In QWin 2019 R19.55 with a banking account's register open, try going to File > Print (Account name) or hitting Ctrl-P. This will produce a simple register report that includes the running balance, with or without the splits broken out.

Jim, Thanks this is just what I was looking for. in the print I used the export as XLS compatible and got what I wanted.

Was trying to compare to the bank statement use Access to locate a problem and needed this type of info.

Again, Thanks for the info. To bad there is not a tutorial on this functionality .
