Quicken Starter will not install

I purchased the Quicken Starter Application but it will not install after downloading. I get the an error indicating that it cannot open a .net file. What do I need to do?

Hey....I greatly appreciate all the advice and help on this issue. Fortunately for me the CD came in, so I was able to use it. Actually I forgot that I had requested it. You guys are truly great! Keep up the good work. Ron0

Is this the first Quicken Product that you purchased?
Or did you have Quicken installed before?
When replying include the Build Number, if using Windows 10.

just to be sure - where did you download the Quicken Starter software.
Quicken 2020 Deluxe - Subscription - Windows 100 -
If the file is named Quicken.net you can try renaming it to Quicken.exe and then double clicking.Quicken Subscription HBRP - Windows 100
