Unable to Delete Report

When I open a report from My Saved Reports and Graphs and then click the delete button (trash can) nothing happens. The button is disabled.

Any ideas??

    More details, please.
    Do you use Quicken Mac or Quicken for Windows? US or Canadian version?
    What version, edition level and release of Quicken are you using? 
    Click Help / About Quicken (Mac: Quicken / About Quicken) to get this information.
    What version of Windows or Mac OS are you using?

    I'm using Quicken Starter 2019 for Windows.

    Was the active data file "downgraded" from an older Quicken version using a higher edition level (e.g., Deluxe, H&B)?
    And were these saved reports created in the older version?

    If you haven't rebooted Windows since you installed the latest software update, please do so now and then try Quicken again.

    That doesn't work.
    When I right click the report name the report opens

    I suggest you select Reports > Reports & Graph CenterManage Saved Reports, the report you would like to delete, and Delete.
