Thank you for taking the time to share your question with the Community, although I apologize that you have not yet received a follow-up response.
In Quicken for Windows, the ability to upload investment account data to the www.investing.quicken.com website is available, however, each account selected in the Quicken data file to upload, will be shown at www.investing.quicken.com as a separate "portfolio" with the individual holdings shown in each portfolio.
Unfortunately, the separate portfolio's are unable to be merged into one single view, I apologize.
One workaround I could suggest, would be to create a new manual account in the Quicken data file and add all holdings in the new account. Selecting to upload the new account would then show all holdings as combined in one portfolio at www.investing.quicken.com website.

- Are they a single account in your desktop copy of Q?
- Is one a duplicate (full or partial) of another account?
- Also, what Q product are you running?
- What country?
- What Q Build? Do HELP, About Quicken for this last piece of info.

yes, each is a single account. they are on my desktop copy of Q.
neither is a duplicate of any other acct.
