:s BMO is downloading Pending Transactions and reporting incorrect account balance again. This was happening earlier this year. You fixed it. It's happening again now.

I would recommend contacting support directly.

Support has the necessary tools to collect the log files and determine if an escalation is needed to correct this issue.
Pending transactions can sometimes require an escalation, or can sometimes be an issue with the banking website.
More troubleshooting will need to be done to determine the cause and get a solution.

Are you using Quicken Connect or Direct Connect to connect to your bank?
It appears to be an issue with the servers at the bank level when it gets sent to Quicken..
Please let us know which connectivity type so that we can best help you further.

I wish I could find an explanation for which connectivity type I use.
I think it's Quicken Connect.0 -
It would be nice if Quicken could tell me which type I use/have configured.0

If you choose the account and then go to Accounts > Settings, it will show you the current bank and the connection type in which you are using:

Yes this is an ongoing problem, it first surfaced after the BMO upgrade and now has come back after a fix was made. Cannot reconcile accounts to BMO. Can we get acknowledgement that an issue exists and it is being worked on?0
