Quicken won't open after Update Summary runs

Hi, when I double click Quicken, it will run the Update Summary, but when it is complete, the main window won't display. When I hover over the icon on the tool bar, it shows the main window. This is a new issue, probably within the past few days. I have restarted my computer, I have tried to run the program as an administrator (to which I received an error saying it couldn't be open this way). I have not installed any new updates on Quicken or Windows. I have not installed or uninstalled any other programs on my computer.

Any assistance would be helpful.
