Quicken Mobile for Android - Connectivity Error: Swipe to Fix

I cant get most of my bank accounts to log in. Last night I did something cllede FMS with Wells Fargo, and it then worked. then, sometime this evening, my WFB accounts say "Connectivity Error: Swipe to Fix". i have confirmed that the credntials work ok on the banks' web sites.

Also, following some advice on this web site, when I told my Quicken Win 2019 to ReSync with Mobile, the thingy goes around in circles and eventually the Windows app locks up.

I though I'd be getting a less problem prone version of Quicken when I upgraded from 2018 Standard to 2019. Guess I was wrong.
