Why am I getting a Qucken Info Box saying "000000000" followed by an "OK" button?

For the past couple of weeks, after downloading investment account transactions, when I click on ACCEPT ALL, I get a small alert or info box which says "Quicken" at the top right corner, then a blue circle with a silver "I" in the middle followed by "000000000" and an "OK" box below.
Wish I could attach an image but I don't see any way to do that.
