Heartland Bank download returns erroneous balance

When downloading Heartland Bank transactions it displays the available balance which includes pending trans actions. It should show the ledger balance in order to be able to reconcile properly.

If you have not already done so, please review https://www.quicken.com/support/account-registers-quicken-mac & https://www.quicken.com/support/reconciling-accounts-quicken-mac to learn about the 3 different balances shown in your Quicken registers, as well as how Quicken uses these balances to perform a Reconcile.
