Some accounts will not sync

Two accounts will not sync for the past three weeks. It had been working fine up until then. The error is:

  • It used to work and now doesn't. Nothing changed on this end. Even if I clock the Fix It button, it asks for my login credentials and rejects them (and that info hasn't changed either).
