Alliant Credit Union no longer downloading

My Alliant Credit Union account, which previously worked just fine, has abruptly stopped downloading transactions and now cannot sign in. I did the usual troubleshooting steps -- disable downloads, delete password from keychain, update bank list, etc. I spoke with chat support who said this is a known issue with Alliant that they're working on. Anyone else haivn this problem?

    Well, if Quicken Support told you it's a known issue with that particular financial institution that need to be fixed, I'm not sure what additional help you're asking for here?
