Unable to Sync Mobile Updates to Windows

I have the current version of Quicken Deluxe for Windows. I have been using the mobile app to classify budget items; however, none of these updates are reflected in the Windows version of Quicken after I perform a sync (i attempted a sync on the Mobile Device tab as well as a one-step-update for each account). I had to reclassify every item I already classified on my mobile app which is so frustrating. Is this a known issue?

    I can't sync any of my accounts from the desktop (windows) to mobile (IOS).

    Very frustrating also.
