Edward Jones interest deposits disappearing

Using the latest Quicken Premier version on Windows 10, I use OSU to download Edward Jones and other FI transactions. Monthly interest deposits post with no problem initially, but after a few days, the interest amount disappears from the register. The rest of the transaction (date, payee, category, memo, etc.) remains, leaving me with a transaction that has a blank deposit amount. When I try to manually add the deposit amount, nothing happens, it stays blank. The only way to post the correct full transaction is to manually enter a new one.
This only happens with my Edward Jones transactions.

If you haven't rebooted Windows since you installed the latest software update, please do so now and then try Quicken again.
