American Express - Delta SkyMiles
How long until you have this resolved. This is not the first time. We pay an annual fee to Quicken and this service is unacceptable

@Beverly Smith First, you should be aware that this is primarily a user-to-user support site, so you're not speaking directly to Quicken Support.
Second, if you read the Alert on this site (here) or any other the other recent threads about Amex and Quicken you can find here, you will see that it is not a Quicken problem; Amex is making changes to their downloading processes for security reasons, and they have disabled downloads. There's nothing Quicken can do if Amex has locked the door. If you want to complain, you should direct your complaint to Amex. (Users have reported that Amex stated this will be out for at least 4 weeks, but I don't know if that's official.)
Third, and most important perhaps, is that there's an easy solution. If you disconnect your Amex account downloads, and then select "American Express" instead of "American Express Delta Skymiles", under Options you will see that you can choose the Direct Connect method of connection.
