cash balance in investment account

When I downloaded my TD Ameritrade account for the first time, it created a cash balance. All the holdings are correct and have the correct current balance, but there is no cash balance in my account, and I can't figure out how to get rid of it. The downloaded info goes back to 2017, even though I've had my account longer than that.
