I have no problem on importing Checking, Saving and Credit Card Account through Add Account Feature. However, it is shown only Checking, Saving and Credit Card. It is not shown the brokerage and retirement account

Hello Lertsak,
Sorry, to hear that you're experiencing this difficulty.
Are you receiving any error messages when attempting to add an account?
Are you trying to import a file downloaded from Chase or are you signing in with your Chase log in to download transactions from within Quicken?
If you are connecting from within Quicken, which Chase option are you using?
Let us know!
