This graph use to start at $10,000 as it should. But not anymore. is there a way to reset the graph to start at 10K for accounts and indexes?

If you have the graph set to Last 12 months, the calculations start 1 year ago (8/1/18 today) but the first data point is the last day of the current month (8/31/18). You can see this if you hover over the data point.
Thus at the beginning of a month, the first data point will not be at $10,000.
If you set the start date to 7/31/18 the first data point will be 7/31
BTW there are longstanding ssues with the calculation of the Growth of $10,000, see this discussion
