UMB Bank (Fidelity) does not download data

Quicken Mac Subscription Member ✭✭
new user-keep getting stuck in a loop of verification questions when trying to get my fidelity accounts downloaded. i ensured i have updated my software. no luck. ready to cancel. there is an alert which says it was resolved with the update, but it isn't working for me.

Without seeing the messages you're seeing it's hard to guess at the right solution. I'd suggest you contact Quicken Support by phone (Mon-Fri) and have an agent screen-share your Quicken so they can see what you're seeing and, hopefully, steer you through the set-up.Quicken Mac Subscription • Quicken user since 19935
