UMB Bank (Fidelity) does not download data

new user-keep getting stuck in a loop of verification questions when trying to get my fidelity accounts downloaded. i ensured i have updated my software. no luck. ready to cancel. there is an alert which says it was resolved with the update, but it isn't working for me.
