Transactions not appearing

I connect fine to Wells Fargo, and i get transactions updated indication, but no new transactions appear. Im a new user after 10 years away, so maybe doing something very stupid. Searched but could not find answer. Thank You.

Thank you, Sherlock. This did not work and I will call Quicken. You know, for this app being around for what, 20 years?, I gotta say I'm very disappointed with its issues. But I do thank you for the response.
