Why are Dividend Entries that are the same type recorded differently?

Why is it when recording a Dividend Transaction sometimes Quicken enters an amount under "cash amount" and sometimes it records a blue highlighted "N/A? I clicked on the "N/A" and it told me this is what's recorded for Placeholder Entries.
But I was not entering a Placeholder entry.
Both transactions were exactly the same. Quicken entered it one way into my register with a cash amount and the next one without, but with a blue "N/A" instead.
This has been an ongoing problem.

You either have placeholders transactions or data file corruption:

Quicken must have Data File corruption. I don't have placeholder transactions on these transactions. I already checked that.0
