What do you mean nothing shows up? Is there any message? What do you see?
Let's back up a second... On the "Let's Get Started" screen, are you selecting to Start from a Quicken 2007 data file? And then you select your 2007 data file and tell it to proceed? What messages do you see after that?
Backing up even further, if you can still launch Quicken 2007, before you run the import into Quicken 2019, I suggest having Quicken 2007 rebuild its data indexes. First, make a copy of your Quicken 2007 data file, just in case anything goes wrong. Next, launch Quicken 2007. Press Command-Option-B and you should see your registers close while it takes awhile to rebuild the indexes. Once it's done, quite Quicken 2007. Now launch Quicken 2019. Go to File > New. Select Start from a Quicken 2007 data file, make sure you select the Quicken 2007 file you just re-indexed (not the copy you made before that), and let 'er rip. After awhile (it can take 10, 15, 20 or more minutes, depending on the amount of data in your Quicken 2007 data file), you should see your accounts in Quicken 2019.Quicken Mac Subscription • Quicken user since 19935

I've waited 20 min. and still don't see my accounts.0

Did you see messages about it preparing your 2007 data file for conversion? Did it show messages about any of the accounts being converted? I'm trying to understand what you're experiencing, but you need to supply more information about exactly what you're seeing, or we're sort of shooting in the dark.Quicken Mac Subscription • Quicken user since 19930

I see no messages. I looks like it's not doing anything.0

I outlined several steps to run with Quicken 2007 before importing. Did you follow those steps? And can you confirm you're seeing the screens I've described when you try to start the conversion?Quicken Mac Subscription • Quicken user since 19930
