How to create an annual transaction detail report with beginning and ending balance in Q2017?

I have to provide a detailed annual report with all transactions, beginning and ending balances and including memos. For this small account, I could do this in Q 2007 on one page. Now I can't do it. The closest thing is a category summary and the same information prints on 2 pages.

So you want a report on a specific account -- just a list of all the transactions, is that right?
Then on your register screen, set your desired date range (Last Year, This Year, or the dates you need), and click the Date header to sort in ascending date order. On the bottom toolbar, click Print. In the pop-up dialog box, select Format as Transaction Detail. (When you press OK to get to the Print dialog box, you can pull down the PDF menu in the lower-left to Open PDF in Preview so you can see what it will look like without wasting paper.) This report will display all transactions in the account, including the memo field, split detail, and running balance. Does that accomplish what you want?Quicken Mac Subscription • Quicken user since 19936

Thank you very much. It doesn't have the beginning balance, but it does the trick. It's way better than any of the pre-formatted reports.0
