If you haven't rebooted Windows since you installed the latest software update, please do so now and then try Quicken again.

Anyone resolve this??? I have the same problem and the steps in the link have no affect. The issue is that a download crash did not allow the transactions to finish creating the out of sync situation. It is not that there is a hidden transaction that is not being seen.0
