E*TRADE no longer downloads transactions to my IRA account

Only account offered by Quicken is "Quicken E*TRADE"
Always get error "Oops. We're having a problem" says Quicken cannot communicate with Quicken E*TRADE. My IRA isn't an option. Quicken wants me to create a new QUICKEN E*TRADE account for some reason

    I'm not sure if your problem is the same, but you might want to look at this thread from yesterday, where a user got an acknowledgement from eTrade that they have an issue that is affecting users' ability to download transactions.
