E*TRADE no longer downloads transactions to my IRA account

Only account offered by Quicken is "Quicken E*TRADE"
Always get error "Oops. We're having a problem" says Quicken cannot communicate with Quicken E*TRADE. My IRA isn't an option. Quicken wants me to create a new QUICKEN E*TRADE account for some reason

I'm experiencing connectivity problems with E*Trade direct connect, as of 8/9. I called E*Trade, and they confirmed that it is a problem on their end, and that they are working on it.To the OP: It sounds as though you have deactivated online services on your E*Trade account, and you're now trying to reactivate. That won't work until E*Trade solves the problem on their end.
