backup files

When I go to backup a window opens that has a backup file window. I have a number fo files in here. How do I delete a backup drive that I do not use anymore?

Quicken maintains the recent backup paths list in the QUSER.INI file within the user's hidden AppData folder. I suggest you exit Quicken and edit the file appropriately using a text editor (for example, Notepad).

The backup file window shows the path to the backup folder you are using. Navigate to that path on your computer and then delete the backup folder.
Don't delete the backup folder for your current Quicken files, just the backup folder you are not using anymore.
I hope you have more than one backup for your Quicken data. so you can restore files if your computer crashes. I have the normal Quicken backup folder on my computer, a backup to a portable hard drive and a backup to a USB Flash Drive.
