Unable to run reports after R19.5 update for Q 2017 Premier

It seems like the Reports functionality is gone from my Quicken program. There is no error message or any response at all when I try to run a report. Whether I go to the Reports menu or press Report from the Security List window, nothing happens.
I am surprised no one else has this problem, which must mean it's my PC?
Any suggestions on how to fix this?
