Constant need to "validate and repair" before successful cloud sync

For some time now, the cloud sync on exit fails and then I have to do a "validate and repair" file operation. Seems like every 2-3 sessions... What is going on and is this a known problem?

    Do you use Quicken Mac or Quicken for Windows? US or Canadian version?
    What version, edition level and release of Quicken are you using? 
    Click Help / About Quicken (Mac: Quicken / About Quicken) to get this information.
    What version of Windows or Mac OS are you using?

    What is the exact and complete path to your Quicken data file, e.g., C:\Users\username\Documents\Quicken\QDATA.QDF?
    Do you use any cloud backup software like Dropbox, Onedrive, or other? Is this backup software directly accessing the atcive Quicken data file?

    Hi - I use Quicken for Windows (US)
    Year 2019; Version R20.15; Build 27.1.20.15
    WIndows 10 Pro (1803) OS Build 17134.885

    C:\Users\mikem\OneDrive\xxxx\xxxx\Quicken\xxxx.QDF

    I have this file on the Onedrive folder, but it's in the local file system...
