I have the latest update R20.15 but cannot update about 1/2 of my portfolio.

Quicken Windows Subscription Member ✭✭
I have tried to update stock prices and obviously the portfolio value without success. I have tried using web connect, downloading from brokerage firm (etrade and others) and also tried to manually enter a stock price but none work. On the stocks that cause the problem it says that the quotes have never been updated yet I have been using Quicken for at least 10 years and the program was correct a few weeks ago. Any suggestions to solve the problem are appreciated

Were there any errors in the OSU after you ran it? Backup the file and complete a Validate/Repair and then retry the OSU and see what happens.Quicken user since 1994.
