I am wanting to be able to enter transactions as I get them and not save them up from trips. I currently have Quicken 2019 Deluxe - does it support this action.

Yes. But just to clarify, Quicken is still firmly rooted on your desktop Mac. The web/mobile app access gives you access to some but not all the data in your data file. But you can certainly use the web and/or mobile app utilities for entering transactions, and having them snyc to your desktop data file.
I'd note that the syncing of data generally works well, but is the source of problems at times which those who don't use the cloud sync seem to avoid. I wouldn't tell you not to use it; I'm just telling you that you might ocassionally run into problems which require some troubleshooting.Quicken Mac Subscription • Quicken user since 19935
