I cannot connect to my financial institution.

I have been using Quicken for years to connect to the same credit union. Recently they have upgraded their software and I can no longer connect online. The credit union says the issue is known and are trying to resolve it. When I attempt to connect the process goes to the credit union which, in turn, sends me an access code. Then I receive an error code from Quicken. The financial institution is: Financial Center First CU, Indianapolis Indiana.
What can be done to resolve this.

If the credit union changed their system and is working making their downloads work again with Quicken, it doesn't sound like there's much you -- or anyone but the credit union -- can do.
You could contact Quicken Support and walk them through the problem logging in. They can escalate it to their service provider, if it's not already on their radar.Quicken Mac Subscription • Quicken user since 19935
