I cannot connect to my financial institution.

I have been using Quicken for years to connect to the same credit union. Recently they have upgraded their software and I can no longer connect online. The credit union says the issue is known and are trying to resolve it. When I attempt to connect the process goes to the credit union which, in turn, sends me an access code. Then I receive an error code from Quicken. The financial institution is: Financial Center First CU, Indianapolis Indiana.

What can be done to resolve this.
