Reconcile Account is failing after I put in the Ending Balance

I have tried 4 [removed] times to use Reconcile Account., The [removed] thing worked last week but NOW every time I put in the Ending Balance and click to do the reconcile the [removed] thing just shuts [removed] down.
What the heck is going on and how the HECK do I get this [removed] thing to work??!!

If you haven't already, I suggest you restore a recent data file backup you saved before the issue appeared: https://www.quicken.com/support/advanced-data-file-troubleshooting-correct-problems-quicken-windows0

Any one know if there is a way to REMOVE 473 VERY OLD transactions from the One Step Update … .When I first started doing the One Step Update, I didn't have time to remove these and now they are just bugging the heck out of me with reminders to review or edit them.... I do NOT want to have to go through 473 transactions ONE AT A TIME to get rid of them...these are from 2017 and I've done numerous reconciliations since then and I don't need these things hanging out there any more but I don't want duplicate transactions in my check register....0
