Does Quicken offer an API or widget?

I want to provide the users of my business website with access to Quicken's budgeting tools, is there a way to integrate Quicken's tools or a widget with my website, may be using an API? Are there any other ways than providing my users with a link to Quicken's website and app?

Quicken's tools are currently only available to subscribed users, so there isn't an accessible API.
