@Helen Gediman First, understand that this is a forum for Quicken users to seek help with questions primarily from fellow users. This is not Quicken Support, and you may want to contact Support for the help you're seeking. There is telephone support 12 hours a day, Monday-Friday, and there is chat support available around the clock. It might be better for you to wait for the end of the weekend so you can utilize phone support; in addition to being easier to have a conversation, the phone support agents can connect to your Mac to see what you are seeing in Quicken, which is sometimes helpful if a text explanation isn't conveying the full picture. Contact Quicken Support by clicking here. (Do not do a Google search for Quicken support, or you will possibly find other companies pretending to be "official" support who will actually try to get you to pay a lot fo money for help. Official Quicken Support is free.)
I'm sorry that it's not clear to me exactly what you're asking; I cannot tell if your problem is logging into Quicken.com, logging into Quicken on your desktop, or within Quicken logging into your financial institution(s) to download transactions. It's not clear if you want to enter transactions manually or if you want to download them. If you feel like typing out a clear explanation of what you're doing and where you're getting stuck, please do and I or others here will try to help. Or you might prefer to wait to contact Quicken Support so you can talk with someone.Quicken Mac Subscription • Quicken user since 19935
