Quicken is crashing-blank sign in (edited to add topic of discussion)

When trying to add the Quicken Credit Card, Quicken crashed repeatedly. Downloaded and installed the Mondo Patch but now Quicken opens a password window but there is not area to enter the password. Quicken locks up at that point and Task Manager has to be used to end the program. I cannot use quicken at this time as a result.
