how can I restore my data file from the cloud

somehow the month of July was dropped from my data...…….can I restore the entire file from the latest cloud save?

You may only restore a data file from cloud storage if you saved a data file backup to cloud storage (for example, Dropbox, Google Drive, OneDrive, or MegaSync). If you're referring to the data set sync'd to the Quicken Cloud, you're out of luck. The Quicken Cloud does not provide data file backup:
