auto update cloud

for some reason my desktop software no longer auto updates the cloud data I have to manually go to that tab and click update

    I suggest you check Sync to Quicken Cloud on the One Step Update Settings window: https://www.quicken.com/support/what-quicken-cloud

    The box is checked but it still won’t automatically update when starting and exiting

    For startup, select Edit > Preferences...



    For exit, select View > Classic Menus and check Mobile & Web > Remind me to Sync to Cloud on Exit.

    When exiting Quicken, click on the X in the application's title bar icon.

    i have the box checked for download on startup and it only downloads bank transactions.

    For exit, select View > Classic Menus and check Mobile & Web > Remind me to Sync to Cloud on Exit.
    classic menus is not an option under the view menu

    Please provide the year and version of Quicken being used: select Help > About Quicken
