Cannot connect to Delta Amex for download. (Q Mac)

I got a message instructing me to change my connection type by deactivating downloads and then setting them up with direct connect. My problem is that I do not get an option for direct connect when I try to reestablish the connection. I'm running 5.12.3

Make sure you are selecting "American Express" and not "American Express Delta Skymiles" in account setup, and then click Options, where you will be able to select Direct Connect.Quicken Mac Subscription • Quicken user since 19935

So I end up in a loop with the message that I have to change my connection because of changes at American Express.0

That seemed to work although there were no transactions to download so we'll see.
