Problem with .qfx association to Quicken

A recent Windows 10 update seems to have hosed the association of .qfx files to Quicken. As a result, when I download transactions from an online account into a .qfx file, I can no longer just click on the file to have Quicken import it. I need to use the menu Import option instead. It's not a fatal issue, but it's inconvenient. How do I restore the association?
The Windows settings page for "Apps" (as in "Default apps ->Choose default apps by file type") doesn't include Quicken nor does it seem to offer a way to add programs. It wants me to look for an appropriate app in Windows Store.

I suggest you perform a clean uninstall, install and update. If you haven’t already, you may want to review: https://www.quicken.com/support/using-qcleanui-uninstall-quicken.
