Quicken does not download Merrill Lynch accounts on Bank of America because of an Authorization required as secondary prevention to the password. Is that being worked on?

I have a few questions..

When connecting this account do you choose a Bank of America or Merrill Lynch from the bank list?

What website do you go to view these accounts?

Are you referring to a 2-step verification code that should be sent? If so do you get any error messages that state this is the issue?

Are there preferences on the bank website to either disable this 2-step or to allow access to 3rd party software?
